Noah Medeiros is a third-generation surveyor and land development professional whose career spans more than four decades shaping Florida’s infrastructure, communities, and landscapes. A licensed surveyor in the State of Florida and formerly one of just three CST IV–certified surveyors in the state, Noah has built a reputation for precision, integrity, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.
His portfolio includes landmark efforts such as the expansion of Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), the Skyplex/Arthrex one-million-square-foot facility, and community-changing developments from Ave Maria to Babcock Ranch. Noah has contributed his expertise to roadway and bridge projects, Everglades restoration with the Army Corps of Engineers, utilities and nuclear facilities, beach restoration and hurricane recovery, and large-scale residential surveys covering tens of thousands of planned homes.
With experience working alongside municipalities, state and federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and major developers, Noah brings not just technical expertise in surveying, mapping, and geomatics—but also deep relationships across civil engineering, land planning, construction, and government networks.
Through True North Land Solution, Noah is expanding beyond surveying to provide full-spectrum land development consulting. Acting as a one-stop resource for clients, he brings together and oversees the right team—engineers, planners, architects, contractors, and regulators—so clients don’t have to navigate dozens of separate conversations.
